Client management for businesses built on trust.

Alter Contacts helps relationship-driven businesses capture the human context behind every client, keep it attached to the right relationship, and see what deserves attention next. It is designed for financial advisors, insurance brokers, consultants, agencies, and other professionals whose work compounds through trust.

The details that protect a relationship rarely arrive as clean fields.

Why your current CRM is not working as the whole system

A relationship-led professional usually knows where the official client record lives. The harder information is conversational: the move being considered, the policy renewal coming up, the promise to send a comparison, the hiring concern raised in passing, or the reason a client has gone quiet. That context is what makes the next interaction feel timely instead of generic.

Financial advisor CRMs, insurance agency systems, recruiting platforms, and consulting project tools are good at holding official records and process. They are less forgiving when the useful input is a half-formed observation immediately after a call. If capturing it means opening a laptop, finding the account, choosing an activity type, and writing a formal note, the detail often waits until later. And later is when memory gets flattened.

For a while the gap costs nothing because you would remember. Then the book passes a hundred, then two hundred, and the same advisor who prides herself on knowing every client starts texting people before a review to ask what they last discussed. Sidrah told us she does exactly that. She also has clients who got married without her noticing.

AlterContacts is built for that gap, and only that gap. You talk after a conversation, or record the appointment itself with the client’s okay, and it files what was said under the right person. Each morning it shows you who needs attention today and why. Your agency system stays the system of record. This is the layer for everything that never made it in there.

01

How it works day to day

How this AI contacts book is different

Alter fits around the tools you already use, starts from what you say, and makes the smallest useful next step visible.

  1. 01

    Say what mattered

After a call or a meeting, hold to speak. What changed, what they care about, what you promised, when it should come back. Rough is fine. You are talking to an assistant, so there is no form to fill.

  2. 02

It files it under the right client

AlterContacts routes the note to the person it belongs to and keeps facts, your own observations, promises and dates separate. Each conversation adds to a living profile. Nothing lands as one more block of text at the bottom of a feed.

  3. 03

    See who needs attention today

The daily queue brings back overdue promises, relationships going quiet, reviews, renewals, birthdays and life events, each with the reason attached. It can draft the message. You read it, change it, and send it yourself.

02

From a passing sentence to a reason to call.

Let’s see a real-life example

After a policy review, an advisor records a short note walking back to the car. The review itself was routine. One line about the family was the important part.

Raw advisor note

“Mrs Lim’s review done, no changes. Her son enlists in January and she asked whether his hospitalisation plan carries over. I said I’d check and send her a summary before Christmas.”

Structured memory

Client-stated fact: son enlists in January. Question: coverage during national service. Advisor promise: a summary before Christmas.

Possible next action

Bring Mrs Lim back in early December with the original note and a draft the advisor can review before sending.

Names and details are fictional. AlterContacts organises what the advisor says. It does not assess suitability or recommend any product.

03

The right tool for each part of the job.

Here’s a comparison table of some tools

AlterContacts is deliberately narrower than a CRM and more durable than a note. It sits alongside the systems your agency already requires.

MethodBest atWhat can still go missing
Financial advisor CRMPolicies, households, required records, firm-wide process.Capturing a passing remark means opening a laptop and finding the account, so it usually waits, and then it flattens.
AI meeting notetakerTranscripts, summaries and action items from a recorded meeting. Most client conversations are a call or a coffee that never gets recorded, and a summary does not tell you who needs you next month.
Notes or spreadsheetFlexible, familiar, free. You still have to remember to look, and remember when a detail has become relevant.
Alter ContactsThirty-second voice capture, a living profile per client, a daily list of who needs attention and why.It does not replace your agency’s system of record, transaction system or compliance archive.
04

Built for careful & responsible use

You stay in control of the record and of the next move.

Client context is sensitive. AlterContacts works only from what you deliberately say or connect, keeps the source visible, and asks when it is unsure who a note belongs to.

  • 01First-party inputs only: your voice, your notes, and the email, calendar and files you choose to connect.
  • 02If the client or the meaning is ambiguous, it asks you to confirm rather than guessing.
  • 03Every suggested follow-up is a draft until you send it.
  • 04Your firm’s recordkeeping, supervision and regulatory duties stay with your firm.

Questions advisors ask

Practical answers, without the product fog.

01Is Alter Contacts a CRM for relationship-driven businesses?

No. It is a voice-first pocket agent that sits beside whatever system of record you already use. Advisors keep their agency system and supervision workflow; brokers keep their policy systems; consultants keep their delivery tools. AlterContacts keeps the conversational context those systems drop, and brings it back when it is time to act.

02Does every client meeting need to be recorded?

No. Most people use it for the thirty seconds after a call or a coffee. When you do want the whole appointment, you can record it in the app with the client’s okay. Either way, you decide what gets captured.

03Who is the best fit for private access?

Advisors, brokers, consultants and agency leaders with an established book, where a forgotten promise has a real cost. We are working with a small founding group and read every request.

04Can Alter send client messages automatically?

No. It drafts. You read, edit and send from your own channels. Nothing reaches a client without you.

05Does Alter Contacts guarantee regulatory compliance?

No software can. What it does: keep each client’s data isolated, run an AI layer that keeps nothing and trains on nothing, encrypt in transit and at rest, and delete everything on request. A data processing agreement is available if your firm wants one. How it fits your approved procedures is your firm’s call.
