Data Deletion

You can disconnect Google access in two ways:

• Inside (ü)ALTER: sign in to the app, go to Connectors / Connections settings, select Google or Gmail, and click Disconnect.
• Inside your Google Account: go to Google Account permissions, find (ü)ALTER, and revoke access.

After disconnection, we delete stored Google OAuth tokens and stop accessing your Google account.

You can request deletion of your (ü)ALTER account data, including data derived from connected Google services.

Send the request from your registered account email to support@sensebeing.ai with the subject line [Google Data Deletion] or [Data Deletion], and describe the data you want deleted.

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize applicable data within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial recordkeeping, or compliance reasons.

Deletion requests can cover:

• Google OAuth tokens and connection state
• Gmail message metadata, sender / recipient fields, timestamps, subject lines, snippets, message bodies, thread identifiers, labels, and Gmail-derived data used for relationship intelligence
• Google Calendar events, event metadata, calendar summaries, and related derived data
• User-facing relationship summaries, interaction history, and follow-up suggestions generated from the above data

If you request deletion of your entire account, we will delete or anonymize your account profile, uploaded content, AI agent configuration, conversation logs, connector data, and Google-derived data, except for records we must retain for legal, financial, security, or compliance reasons.
