How are payments processed?
When paid subscriptions launch, all payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store your full card number.
Will I be auto-charged?
Yes — paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually by default. You will receive a renewal reminder by email. You may cancel anytime in account settings, and service continues to end of the period.
What currency?
USD by default. Stripe will display the local-currency equivalent at checkout.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe automatically emails a receipt after each successful payment. Studio plans support Singapore-issued invoices (including GST where applicable).
Can I get a refund?
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of first payment (see Refund Policy).
How do I cancel?
In account settings with one click, or by emailing support@sensebeing.ai (see Cancellation Policy).
